Chris is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and real estate development. He first established his reputation as a co-founder of a mortgage banking firm, where he managed the origination and distribution of mortgage-backed securities to secondary markets, scaling the firm to more than $1 billion in annual production. Throughout his career, he has successfully raised billions of dollars in investment capital for diverse projects across the globe.

Today, Chris leverages his deep roots in finance to drive the strategic acquisition and execution of major real estate developments. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from navigating complex entitlement processes and securing creative financing to overseeing site construction. By bridging the gap between capital markets and physical development, he ensures long-term value creation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios.

When he isn’t closing deals or overseeing projects, Chris is an avid motorcyclist who can often be found on race tracks throughout the United States on his Ducati.
